User Guide

How to join

 Click on the [Sign up] link. By completing the membership subscription forms and agreeing to the privacy policy, the customer can immediately benefit from according services offered to members. 

Members will not be required to re-enter their shipping or billing addresses every time they place an order and be eligible to participate in various events and discount promotions.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

    -Sometimes items shipped from U.S to other countries do not provide tracking service.If this is the case,please wait 7~21days or enough time for your parcel to arrive.


Please make sure you have selected right options (e.g. size, color and quantity) prior to completing the order.
Once the order is completed, it is assumed that the customer agreed on our exchange/refund policy.

If youwant to return or exchange,please return the items to us in their original condition (must be unworn,unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached) with 30 days of the shipping date.

All the return must use stand shipping method. Customer is reponsible for send package to H2H and take a picture of return receipt to send CS team for verification.

After H2H verify return receipt and receive package at our warehouse, we will contact you to ask if you want return or exchange.You may contact with customer service to check up on your return/exchange process.

ALL Returns/Exchange must be unworn,unaltered,and unwashed with all tags attached


-The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You must take a picture  of receipt(picture must be readable)

-The cost of returning the time to us is your responsibility.please attach picture of returnreceipt to CS e-mail for faster refund/exchange.

-For faster return/exchange service,plese contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement

*Please return the item back to the following address below with your buyer name/order #reason and whether you would like to exchange or refund.For return, plese attach tracking number and picture of your receipt of parcel to CS e-mail. If it's not defect, shipping expense is at your own expense.

If the item you received is faulty, defective(size difference does not count as faulty), please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from shipping date of the faulty item to return it to us.


If the item you received is not what originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number,your name and address,details of the product and the reason for return,and whether you requore a refund or a replacement.We will refund the return shipping if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached. Please note only standare carrier services will be refunded.We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.


Please allow 3~4 weeks from return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing  cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International,please allow 4-8 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 biling cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.


1. Period of pending credits
The credits issued from an order will be added to your account for use 20 days after the status of the delivery is changed to ‘delivered.’ For 20 days, you may see the pending credits, which means it may not be transferred to your account for use if you cancel or return the order. The credits(Total credits – used credits – pending credits)  in your account may be used for any order.

You shall use the minimum credits of (The minimum amount of credits required for a purchase is) $0. You shall use the maximum credits of (The maximum amount of credits allowed for one order is) 'No limit'.

Terms of ineffective credits
Pending credits issued from a purchase will be automatically cancelled on cancelling or returning the order.
You cannot claim your credits once your membership has been withdrawn.
The remaining credits shall be expired if the accumulation of credits ceases for a period of 3 years after the prior process.

2. Customs and Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Import taxes, duties and customs fees are collected by your government and they have nothing to do with this site. In case that the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products are to be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again. Relevant costs (round shipping, customs and etc) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
